A Winter Lunch at Provider House Hobart

This August, we're delighted to be travelling to Hobart to host two intimate winter lunches at Provider House, alongside our dear friends at Provider Store (providerstore.com.au) and Scholé (schole.com.au). 

Across five seasonal courses, the menu will celebrate thoughtfully sourced Tasmanian produce, paired with a curated selection of sake from Black Market Sake. Each course will be served on handcrafted Japanese tableware, imported directly by Provider Store, creating a dining experience that celebrates craftsmanship, seasonality and a genuine love of all things hospitality.

With only six seats available for each lunch, these will be intimate, communal afternoons, designed to be enjoyed at a slower pace.
